- From 1 November 2025, all Medicare-eligible patients will be bulk-billed for most GP consultations.
- Patient with eligible Private health insurance will continue to be charged private fees as usual. ($30 out-of-pocket)

What is bulk billing?
The doctor bills Medicare directly for your consultation.
You don’t pay anything out of pocket for that visit (as long as the service is fully covered).
- Two-hour minimum notice is required for a cancellation of a scheduled appointment. Otherwise, a $20 late cancellation or DNA fee will apply.

什么是 Bulk Billing（全额医保直付）？Bulk Billing 的意思是：
医生会直接向 Medicare（澳大利亚医保）报销你的看诊费用。
只要该医疗服务在医保覆盖范围内，你就不需要支付任何自付费用（无需自掏腰包）。
您完成就诊后需要在前台支付全额诊费（现金/刷卡），之后我们会帮助您进行Medicare电子报销，报销金额会在一到两天内转到您在Medicare注册的银行账号里。
